Chris Pavone, General Manager, Fascino
While attending Montclair State University,
Chris Pavone began working at the inception of
Fascino in 2003. Starting at only 18 years of age
and no previous restaurant experience, Chris learned the
components of the fine-dining restaurant industry and was
able to excel with Fascino through the years as a
busboy, food runner, server, and assistant manager."
In 2011, Chris advanced to the DePersio Family's sister
restaurant Bar Cara in Bloomfield as the
Assistant Manager, where he ventured into a new
skill set of managing a full bar and restaurant.
Eventually becoming the General Manager of
Bar Cara, Chris helped create the Wine/Craft
Beer/Specialty Cocktail List, oversee all private
party planning, and manage day-to-day restaurant
service and operations.
After the DePersio Family sold Bar Cara in 2013,
Chris returned to his roots at Fascino as the
General Manager. He currently presides over front
and back of the house operations, controls all
private party planning and execution, as well as
managing the regular dinner service, further
propelling Fascino Restaurant's stellar reputation
of exceeding customer's expectations.
